Ionised alkaline water

Using ionised alkaline water in the preparation and cooking of food.

Using ionised alkaline water in both food preparation and cooking will bring out the natural flavours of the food.

When washing food prior to cooking, always use the alkaline water because it will work naturally with your food. It will of course clean the food as expected, but the alkaline water will do so much more to improve the flavour and quality of the food and can help remove the surface pesticides and waxes associated with fruits and vegetables.

When cooking with alkaline water, the taste comes out in full. Meats are much more tender and cooking times are reduced. Foods do not need as much seasoning as they taste more natural, and rice becomes softer and fluffier after soaking and cooking in alkaline water. Fresh meats and vegetables can be soaked in alkaline water prior to cooking to remove any odours, neutralise acids and promote a better, natural taste.

Beverages also benefit hugely from using alkaline water. Tea becomes mellow and less astringent and coffee needs grinding less to deliver a full flavour without any bitterness. Children's juices are more vivid in colour and use less concentrate to prepare.

Raw food lovers can even make raw herbal tea with cold alkaline water!
